Berlin created one of the most visited Holocaust memorials globally. It is situated just a few hundred meters from Hitler’s Fuhrerbunker, the former Headquarters of the Nazi regime at the end of World War II. They are both located just a few minutes walk from Brandenburg Gate and are part of Berlin’s urban landscape to remind everyone of the evil that was perpetuated in Berlin during World War II. You can walk through the Holocaust memorial but are not permitted to climb on any of the rectangular blocks.
